SD-W03 Product

Property constraint intelligence

Property data · Client withheld

A product assembling open, licensed UK public datasets into a property-constraint intelligence layer. The moat is genuine assembly difficulty, not access to anything secret.

Challenge

Property constraint data in the UK is scattered across dozens of public sources with inconsistent formats, update cadences and geographic coverage. There was no single, usable layer combining them.

Approach

Mapped the relevant public and licensed datasets. Built a harvesting and normalisation pipeline to assemble them into a unified property-constraint layer. Established update monitoring to catch changes at source.

What was delivered

A working data product: a unified property-constraint intelligence layer covering the relevant UK datasets, normalised, searchable and kept current. Documentation covering the source landscape and the assembly logic.

Outcome

A data asset with a genuine, reproducible moat. The value is in the assembly, the normalisation and the maintenance discipline, not in access to data nobody else has.
